SGL Leadership Meeting: July 16, 2026

• Four tournaments locked in. FFMQR still needs donations to make the cut. Z2R will not be participating.
• T-Shirts will need some reworking
• A mascot for SG/SGL has been raised. Discussion is ongoing.
• New pronoun stickers will be designed.
• New lanyards will be designed. Normal badges, staff, vip, volunteers.
• Discussions are being held to get vendors advertising on the brochure.
• Event brochure is done. If changes are needed, they seem minimal.
• Testing for the upgraded on-site app is currently ongoing.
