SGL Leadership Meeting: October 1, 2026

• Tournament Admin situation- Synack is addressing this issue from yesterday. Admin list will be reviewed and access has been revoked from the person
• Merch table will be at SGL again! Pre-orders were very successful and will be available to pick up at the event. Staff jackets have been ordered and will be available to pick up at the merch table.
• Jam is working on preparing tournaments and side tournaments as we get closer to the event. Best of NES is lined up to return 🙂 Legal poker will also be scheduled.
• Felix has set up challonges (minus Best of NES because they are still finalizing decisions). Layouts need to be discussed.
• One more meeting left before we are together in person! Next meeting, we will showcase the tournament tool created by Synack
• Discussion to add a QR code to have tournament participants scan to sign up in the app for the on-site tool. Sign in desk will need to address this with every person at check in. Every person participating in a tournament will need to do this, even if they did this last year! Add information about accessibility accommodations needing to be marked in on-site tournament profiles
• Discussion about reserving the first couple stations in the tournament room for accessibility accommodations. Next: Dani on stage?????
• Felix and Jam to remind folk the cut off for tournament donations.
• Rick and Darkmoon will be working on the event guide.
