Volunteer Form Now Open

We are now looking for volunteers to help us this year's event. If you'll be attending and would like to be a part of our volunteer crew, please fill out the form listed under volunteer roles and let us know!

Volunteer Roles:

We are looking for people to cover the following roles:

• Setup/Teardown Assistance
• Check in Desk Supervisor
• Race Proctor
• Broadcast Tech
• Board Game Room Supervisor
• Photography/Videography

The deadline for volunteer sign-ups is October 1, 2025 11:59 PM. Once sign-ups close, I'll post an availability form for everyone who volunteered to fill out, then will create a schedule based on what works best for everyone. The schedule will be posted 1-2 weeks before SGLive so everyone has the ability to better plan out their trip.
