SGL Leadership Meeting: September 1, 2026
- 26 volunteers so far.
- Schedule in process.
- 4 hours shifts likely.
- 10 AM-ish Wednesday start
- Setup shifts worth four hours.
- Check-ins for attendees begins 4 PM Wednesday
- Tournament regularly opens 8 AM Thursday through Sunday
- Board Game room may not always have a staff volunteer in it.
- Merch is in progress.
- Challonges for tournaments that need them will be made soon.
SGL Leadership Meeting: July 16, 2026
- Four tournaments locked in. FFMQR still needs donations to make the cut. Z2R will not be participating.
- T-Shirts will need some reworking
- A mascot for SG/SGL has been raised. Discussion is ongoing.
- New pronoun stickers will be designed.
- New lanyards will be designed. Normal badges, staff, vip, volunteers.
- Discussions are being held to get vendors advertising on the brochure.
- Event brochure is done. If changes are needed, they seem minimal.
- Testing for the upgraded on-site app is currently ongoing.
SGL Leadership Meeting: June 1, 2026
- One month out from SGLive starting up.
- FFMQR is in
- MM2R is in.
- MM2R is a maybe.
- Z2R still up in the air.
- All over print shirt is being designed.
- Event brochure/catalogue is in the works.
- 14 volunteers signed up for SGL in person.
SGL Leadership Meeting: May 1, 2026
- SMO Bingo will not be in SGL Online.
- SGL Online will not begin until after Summer Series is over.
- 13 Volunteers have signed up for SGL so far.
- Still need the specs of the all-over print button up shirt for mech. All other shirt designs are done.
- Pin artwork already.
- Brochure design comes next.
SGL Leadership Meeting: April 16, 2026
- Shirt designs will be ready by end of the month.
- Hotel rooms have been expanded with another block of double rooms added.
- Contributions have started coming in for SGL 2026 tournaments.
- Tournaments will begin getting loaded into the system as soon as rules documents come in.
- 8 Online tournaments currently tracked. Online tournaments start after the July 12 weekend. They must be completed by October 4.
- September cut off for volunteers.
